We design a menu with your own heading and/or logo, and up to 5 wines from our Wine List.

Bread and dips, steamed garden vegetables and salad, and coffee or tea, are included in each case. The vegetarian dishes on our a la carte menu are made available to your vegetarian guests. No prices are shown on the final menu.

Banquet 1 $85.00 per person – The three entrees, three mains and three desserts from the menu below
Banquet 2 $70.00 per person - The three entrees and three mains from the menu below.
Guests to be offered the selection of desserts below and/or cheeseboards, at their additional a la carte prices. Alternatively you may bring in a large (eg. Birthday) Cake for dessert at a charge of $2.50p.p.
Banquet 3 $65.00 per person - The three mains and three desserts from the menu below.
Banquet 4 $50.00 per person – The three mains from the menu below. Guests to be offered the selection of desserts below and/or cheeseboards, at their additional a la carte prices. Alternatively you may bring in a large (eg. Birthday) Cake for dessert at a charge of $2.50p.p.
Banquet 5 $75.00 per person - The three entrees and three mains from the menu below, followed by hand-made sweets & chocolates.

Entrées

Seared tuna with shaved fennel, crab, roast capsicum and tomato dressing

Grilled chicken breast, potato, watercress and goats cheese salad with pine nut and basil dressing

Seared prawns, shaved fennel and watercress salad with preserved lemon and salsa verde

Mains

Roast market fish with a medley of seafood, vanilla, lime and coriander

Akaroa salmon with Asian greens, ginger and sesame dressing

Beef fillet, potato and oxtail gratin, field mushrooms, confit garlic rouille, Madeira jus

Desserts

Vanilla bean panna cotta with caramelized rhubarb compote

Baked valrhona chocolate and liqueur cake with sweet and sour cherries and mascarpone

Selection of Ice cream and sorbet with pistachio praline
