Banquet 2 – $72.00 per person
The three entrées and three mains from the menu below. Guests are offered the selection of desserts and cheese at an additional $15.00 per guest. Alternatively you may bring in a large (eg. Birthday) Cake for dessert at a charge of $5.00p.p.

Bread and dips, steamed garden vegetables and salad, and coffee or tea, are included in each case
We have vegetarian dishes available, from the a la carte menu, for your vegetarian guests

Entrées
Seared Yellow fin tuna, green pea panna cotta, figs, olives and walnuts, white verjus
Grilled chicken breast, baby potatoes, artichokes and roast peppers with a basil pesto.
Seared prawns, wombok, shallot and snowpea slaw, coriander and coconut dressing.
Mains
Market Fish, coconut poached mussels, prawns, calamari, green beans, cherry tomatoes, Vietnamese mint and coriander
Oven Roast Beef Eye Fillet, parmesan soufflé, Kalamata Portobello puree and truffle butter
Slow Cooked Akaroa Salmon, fennel and snow pea salad with a muscatel dressing.
Desserts
Olive Oil Brulee, warm olive oil cake, plum curd, pecan ‘granola’, and freeze dried plum
Coconut panna cotta, with mango agar, Bacardi spiked pineapple, coconut pineapple foam and mango sorbet
Kikorangi blue, French brie served with grapes, crackers and honey
